By  Gasirigwa GS The  Media Institute of Southern Africa (MISA) Tanzania Chapter in association with  the Centre for ICT Policy promotion in Africa (CIPESA) will tomorrow train a  selected number of bloggers and editors on Right to Information with special  focus on this year’s general election. Editors  and bloggers will be taught on the safest ways to access information and report  responsibly during campaigns and the entire election period. Attention will be  directed to the Cyber crime and the Statistics Acts which are already in effect  and have dire consequences on media practice.  Participants  will also be introduced to ‘The Broadcasting Services (Content) (The Political  Party Elections Broadcasts) Code 2015’ which was gazetted on June 26, 2015. Na Mwandishi wetu MAHAKAMA ya Mwanzo Kizuiani Mbagala Jijini Dar es Salaam, imeshindwa kutoa hukumu kwenye kesi ya madai ya talaka na mgawanyo wa mali iliyofunguliwa na mkazi wa Singida, Magreth Mwangu dhidi ya Mkurugenzi wa Shule ya Sekondari ya St. Mathew na St. Marks,Thadei Mtembei. Katika madai yake ya Msingi, Mwangu anaomba mahakama imuamuru mdaiwa kutoa Sh. Milioni 800 na makazi ya kukaa mdai na watoto wake. Hakimu wa mahakama hiyo Rajab Tamaambele akiahirisha alisema kwamba mzee mmoja wa mahakama amefiwa. Mahakama hiyo inatarajia kutoa hukumu hiyo Ijumaa Oktoba 27. Katika kesi hiyo Miongoni mwa mashahidi waliotoa ushahidi mahakamani hapo ni pamoja na Mwangu ambaye alidai kuwa alianza kuishi na Mutembei mwaka 1995 Kongowe Mbagala ambapo mwaka 1998 alikwenda kwa wazazi wa Mwangu kijiji cha Kwaye Iguguno Singida ambapo alitoa mahali na walifunga ndoa ya kimila.  Alisema mtoto wa kwanza alizaliwa mwaka 1998, huku mtoto wa pili akizaliwa mwaka 2000...
