INSPECTOR General of Police (IGP), Simon Sirro, has vowed to deal with unethical police officers especially those expose the information of whistleblowers yesterday, reports Friday Simbaya, Iringa. IGP was responding to the question posed him by the TUMBUSI BLOG, who wanted how police were prepared to protect people bring information to the police about wrongdoings. TUMBUSI BLOG said whistleblowers take the risk of facing stiff reprisal and retaliation from those who are accused or alleged of wrongdoing.
