IRINGA: Serikali ya Kijiji cha Ihemi imetakiwa kufanya ulinzi shirikishi kulinda chanzo cha maji cha Ihemi ili kiendelee kutiririsha maji muda wote. Agizo hilo lilitolewa na Mwenyekiti wa kikosi kazi namba tatu cha kunusuru ikolojia ya bonde la mto Ruaha mkuu ili liweze kurudi katika hali yake ya kawaida ambaye pia ni Katibu Tawala Mkoa wa Iringa, Wamoja Ayubu jana katika kijiji cha Ihemi kilichopo katika kata ya Ifunda wilayani Iringa. Ayubu alisema “serikali ya kijiji cha Ihemi inawajibu wa kulinda chanzo cha maji hiki cha Ihemi. Tena ulinzi huu lazima uwe shirikishi ukihusisha wanufaika wote, hasa wakulima na wafugaji”.
