NINE ARTISAN GOLD MINERS IN IRINGA HOSPITALIZED...

AT least nine artisan miners are admitted at Iringa Regional Referral hospital after being attacked by unknown people believed to be bandits who invaded the Gold mining quarry (Gold rush) in the Nyakavangala Village of Isimani Division in Iringa District, Iringa region. Iringa District Commissioner Richard Kasesela who is also the chairman of the committee of defense and security of the Iringa District said the incident occurred last night and the robbers looted Sh 81 million from the victims of the incident. Kasesela named wounded who hospitalized at Iringa Regional Hospital includes Mginya Paulo who was attacked and sacked with 79 million shillings and Fadhili Ramadhan all residents of Morogoro Region. USAID NAFAKA FEED THE FUTURE IMPARTS KNOWLEDGE TO FARMERS THROUGH RADIO

Indeed, this is appropriate means for farmers with low literacy level that provide effective communication to foster adoption, our region is not exceptional.  Knowing the importance of radio, Rock FM in collaboration with USAID Feed the Future Nafaka in Mbeya and Songwe regions is reaching its beneficiaries through this effective means. NIDA KUSAJILI WAKAZI 130,000 MANISPAA YA IRINGA

Mamlaka ya Vitambulisho vya Taifa (NIDA) inatarajia kusajili wakazi 130,000 kwa ajili ya Vitambulisho vya Taifa katika Halmashauri ya Manispaa ya Iringa, mkoani Iringa. Akiongea na Nipashe (leo) jana ofisini kwake Afisa Habari wa Mkoa wa Iringa Dennis Gondwe alisema zoezi limeanza tarehe 07/06/2017 na linatarajiwa kukamilika tarehe 05/07/2017.  Alisema kuwa zoezi linaanza saa 1 asubuhi hadi saa 11 Jioni na litafanyika katika Vituo vya Usajili vilivyopo katika Kata zote 18 za Manispaa ya Iringa kwa mujibu wa Ratiba ilivyopangwa kila Kata imepangiwa siku 3 za usajili.  “Ofisi ya Mkuu wa Mkoa wa Iringa kwa kushirikiana na Mamlaka ya Vitambulisho vya Taifa (NIDA), na Halmashauri ya Manispaa ya Iringa tumeanza zoezi la Kutambua na Kusajili wakazi wa Manispaa ya Iringa,” alisema.
