By Correspondent Friday Simbaya, Kilolo THE National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) in Iringa Zone on Wednesday has donated 15 mattresses, 20 bed sheets and five buckets of Family detergent (each 20 kgs) to Amani Orphanage center in Kilolo District, Iringa Region. Speaking at the handover ceremony, NHIF Iringa Zone Director Grace Lobulu said the donation is part of the health insurance week celebrations and also as part of the corporate social responsibility. She said is was good to support to the vulnerable groups like orphan vulnerable children and those living in hardship conditions because they need help from the social around them including corporate companies. “As part of the celebration of health insurance week in Iringa Zone, we have decided to visit Amani Center which house about 86 children both who are orphans and those living difficulties condition,” Lobulu said.
